Once our inspection is complete, we issue you a  full report on the condition of your roof, as well as a roof recovery repair plan tailored to your needs. 

Our Report Includes Three Key Categories:

1. Areas Allowing Water Intrusion 
These are failure points in your roofing system where water is actively entering, which can cause significant damage if not addressed. Identifying and repairing these areas is crucial for preventing further water intrusion and protecting the integrity of your building.

2. Areas Facing Imminent Failure 
These areas are identified as having a high risk of failing in the near future. For instance, if you have multiple vent pipes on your roof and one has already experienced flashing failure, the others—being of the same age—are also at risk. Our inspector will flag such areas to help you address them before they become active problems.

3. Areas of Concern
These are areas that are not yet leaking but show signs of deterioration that could lead to future failure if left unaddressed. For example, an aging EPDM roof may begin to lose its ability to expand and contract with temperature changes, causing the membrane to pull away from parapet walls and create a "bridging" effect. Over time, this could lead to a catastrophic failure. Our inspector will highlight these areas to help you plan proactive maintenance.
